Our core service is China price research. If a supplier has no English contact, no export process, no international payment, or only domestic shipping, we can review optional sourcing support for a separate service fee.

We are not trying to force every buyer into a purchasing service

If a supplier has an export team, English contact, public email, Alibaba page, WhatsApp, or international buyer process, we generally recommend that you contact them directly. Our China-side sourcing support is for situations where direct contact is not practical.

China-side support can solve problems that a report alone cannot

Many real China-side suppliers are not built for overseas buyers. They may not speak English, may not accept international payment, may not provide export documents, and may only ship to a domestic address.

We can communicate with Chinese-only suppliers when English contact is unavailable.

Specification clarification

We can help clarify size, material, model, packaging, MOQ, sample, and lead time.

Domestic-only suppliers

Some suppliers only support domestic payment and domestic delivery inside China.

Sample coordination

If we provide sourcing support, we charge a separate service fee for the work. We do not position the service as a hidden product price spread.

Specification confirmation

Clarify product model, material, dimensions, drawings, accessories, packaging, or custom options.

Sample buying support

For accepted requests, help coordinate sample purchase when suppliers do not support overseas buyers.

China-side receiving

Receive domestic parcels when appropriate and within the agreed service scope.

Basic visible checking

Provide basic photo or video check for visible item, quantity, color, model, packaging, or obvious damage.

Forwarding / consolidation

Coordinate forwarding to your freight forwarder or agreed route, if product type and shipping conditions are suitable.

Common questions about optional support

Is optional sourcing support included in the price research report?

No. Price research and sourcing support are separate. The report helps you understand the China-side price context. Sourcing support begins only when requested and separately agreed.

Do I have to use your sourcing support?

No. If supplier contact is available, you can contact the supplier directly. We do not force buyers to purchase through us.

Do you charge hidden product markup?

No. Our model is service-fee based. Where practical, product cost, domestic shipping, and service fee should be separated.

Can you help with technical or OEM products?

Possibly, but technical, custom, drawing-based, BOM, CNC, mold, or OEM projects require manual review and may need a Technical / OEM Retainer or custom quote.

Can you guarantee supplier quality?

No. We can help coordinate communication and agreed support steps, but we do not guarantee supplier performance, production result, product compliance, or resale outcome.
