Product links and images
We use submitted product information to understand the item, match similar products, research price references, and prepare reports.
Drawings and technical files
Drawings, BOM files, datasheets, PDFs, and engineering specifications are treated as confidential request materials.
Current quotes and supplier details
Your existing supplier quote, freight forwarder buying price, sourcing agent quote, and supplier information are not shared casually.
Do Not Contact List
If you tell us not to contact a supplier, we use that instruction to avoid disrupting your existing supplier relationship.
Private label and OEM ideas
We do not sell your product ideas, private label direction, packaging concept, or sourcing strategy to other buyers.
Business and sourcing intent
Your target quantity, budget, supplier preference, buying plan, and comparison purpose are treated as private business context.

We do not automatically send sensitive files to suppliers
For many requests, we can research price context without sharing drawings, BOM files, private label concepts, or existing supplier quotes. If supplier communication requires sensitive information, we clarify the scope first.

We first use submitted information to understand the product and research China-side price references.

Ask before deeper supplier use
If a supplier needs drawings or sensitive files to quote, we may ask for permission or clarify the next step before proceeding.
Protect your existing supplier relationship
If you are comparing a current supplier, sourcing agent, freight forwarder buying price, or trading company quote, you may not want that party to know you are checking China-side references.
Supplier company name, website, platform link, contact person, email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other information that helps us avoid contacting them.
You can allow us to use public information without contacting the supplier, or ask us not to contact or use that supplier as a reference source.
This helps protect your current relationship, avoids alerting your supplier, and reduces risk for drawings, OEM, and confidential projects.
NDA handling is available for sensitive requests
For drawings, custom products, private label projects, BOM files, or sensitive supplier information, you can request NDA handling before deeper research begins.
When NDA may be useful
New product development, private label designs, drawings, technical files, BOM lists, molds, confidential packaging, and supplier comparison projects.
What NDA helps with
It clarifies that submitted materials are intended for the agreed research or support workflow, not for resale, public sharing, or competing use.

Your current supplier quote is used for comparison, not exposure
If you submit a quote from a supplier, freight forwarder, trading company, or sourcing agent, we use it to compare against China-side reference ranges and help you judge whether it appears reasonable.
Current price, MOQ, specification, packaging, supplier type, and quote conditions against China-side references.
Your supplier name or quote details to other suppliers unless it is necessary and you approve the scope.
If that supplier is on your Do Not Contact List, we do not contact them for the same request.
How submitted materials are used
We use submitted information to identify products, research China-side price references, review supplier type, prepare reports, and provide optional support if separately requested.
Access is limited to people involved in reviewing your request, preparing the report, or handling agreed optional sourcing support.
Files may be stored in service tools, email, form apps, Shopify records, or internal request records for service delivery and dispute handling.
You may request deletion of submitted materials, subject to legal, payment, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution record needs.
Important privacy and research limitations
We protect your submitted materials within our service workflow, but no online service can remove all business risk. Clear instructions from you help us protect your information better.
