All research plans are digital service products. Customers will not receive a physical package.

How the service is delivered

After payment, customers should submit product details using the same email address used at checkout.

We will review the product request, research scope, selected plan, supplier contact needs, excluded suppliers, and confidentiality requirements before research begins.

Reports are delivered by email or another agreed digital method.

Estimated delivery time

Simple research reports are generally delivered within 24–48 business hours after enough product information is received and the research scope is confirmed.

Complex, technical, OEM, drawing-based, supplier inquiry, or unclear requests may take longer.

No shipping fee

Because this is a digital research service, no physical shipping fee is required.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate product information, including photos, links, drawings, specifications, target quantity, current quote, supplier exclusions, and confidentiality requirements where applicable.
