Terms of Service

This website is operated by Check China Price. By purchasing a research plan or submitting a product request, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Check China Price provides China-side public price research and supplier reference research services. Our service may include public source review, factory / wholesale purchase reference research where available, China retail or export price context where useful, manual supplier inquiry where applicable, supplier type judgment, price authenticity notes, and PDF report delivery by email.

We charge a service fee only. We do not hide product markups inside product prices.

Payment-first workflow

Customers may purchase a research plan first and then submit product details using the same email address used at checkout. Research begins only after payment and scope confirmation.

If the submitted request does not match the purchased plan, requires a higher level of research, or is not suitable for our service, we may contact the customer before work begins.

Scope changes

The final service scope may change after manual review. Complex, technical, OEM, drawing-based, compliance-sensitive, or unclear product requests may require a plan upgrade, separate quote, or additional information before research begins.

Supplier information

Where available, we may provide supplier contact options, supplier type judgment, export contact availability, or supplier reference notes. We do not guarantee that a supplier will accept the customer’s order, reply in English, support export, provide samples, maintain the same price, or complete a transaction.

Optional sourcing support

Optional sourcing support is separate from price research. We do not provide purchasing, payment on behalf of the buyer, supplier negotiation, inspection, logistics, customs, or project coordination unless separately agreed in writing.

Do Not Contact List

If the customer provides suppliers that we should not contact, we will respect the request. Public information from excluded suppliers may be used only if the customer allows it in the product request form.

Restricted products

We do not support requests involving counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, restricted, prohibited, or compliance-sensitive products. We may refuse, cancel, or refund a request if we believe it is unsuitable or outside our service scope.

No guarantee of final transaction result

Our reports are for reference and decision support only. We do not guarantee the lowest price, final quotation, customs outcome, logistics cost, product certification, supplier performance, delivery result, or buyer profit.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for reviewing the report, verifying supplier information, confirming product compliance, and making final purchasing decisions.

Digital service delivery

Reports are delivered by email or another agreed digital method. No physical shipping is required.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In general, if research has already started or a report has been delivered, the service fee is generally non-refundable.
