Simple rule
We only support legitimate, safe, commercially reasonable product research requests. Restricted, counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or highly regulated products may be declined.

This policy protects buyers, suppliers, payment processing, advertising accounts, and our service operation. If a request appears risky, unclear, or outside our scope, we may decline it or ask for more information.
Counterfeit or IP-infringing products
Fake branded goods, replica luxury products, unauthorized logos, copied packaging, trademark-infringing goods, or products intended to mislead customers.
Weapons and tactical products
Firearms, ammunition, knives designed as weapons, tasers, tactical weapons, explosives, weapon accessories, or products intended to harm people.
Drugs, medicine, and controlled substances
Prescription medication, controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or products making medical treatment or cure claims.
Food, beverages, and ingestible products
Food, drinks, supplements, powders, capsules, edible products, or anything intended to be swallowed, absorbed, or consumed.
Hazardous chemicals and dangerous goods
Toxic materials, flammable liquids, pesticides, poisons, radioactive materials, explosive materials, or dangerous goods requiring special handling.
Adult sexual products
Adult sexual goods, explicit sexual products, and products mainly intended for sexual stimulation are not supported.
Surveillance or spyware products
Hidden cameras, unauthorized tracking devices, spyware, credential theft tools, or products intended for illegal monitoring.
Regulated financial or gambling products
Gambling devices, financial fraud tools, payment skimming products, counterfeit currency tools, or products intended to bypass financial controls.
Illegal or unsafe products
Any product that appears illegal, unsafe, deceptive, harmful, or clearly unsuitable for responsible international trade.
Some product categories may require extra review before acceptance
These categories can involve certification, safety, customs, platform, advertising, shipping, or liability risks. We may ask for more details or decline the request.
Lithium batteries, power banks, e-bikes, battery packs, chargers, high-power electronics, and products with shipping restrictions.
Toys, baby products, children's furniture, feeding products, or products requiring strict safety testing and certification.
Medical devices, diagnostic products, health monitors, wellness products, or products that may imply medical use.
Cosmetics, skincare, liquids, creams, gels, chemical formulations, or products requiring ingredient and labeling compliance.
Brake systems, airbags, steering components, safety sensors, suspension parts, and other safety-critical auto or motorcycle components.
Products using brand names, logos, characters, protected designs, artwork, or packaging may require authorization proof.
Phones, tablets, chips, branded electronics, repair parts, and components that may involve authenticity or export restrictions.
PPE, safety harnesses, helmets, pressure parts, valves, lifting parts, or equipment that may require compliance and testing.
May be accepted, but drawings, designs, materials, IP ownership, and supplier disclosure need careful review.
Product types that are usually easier to research
These categories are generally more suitable for China price research, as long as they do not involve counterfeit branding, unsafe materials, restricted content, special certification, or regulatory issues.
Branded products require authorization
If your product request involves a brand name, logo, character, packaging design, patented design, or protected artwork, we may ask for proof of authorization or decline the request.
Fake branded goods, replica products, unauthorized logo use, copied packaging, and products designed to look like protected brands.
Replacement parts, compatible parts, or accessories may require careful wording, authorization review, and product context.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to source, import, sell, or use branded products, designs, or artwork.
We may decline, pause, or ask for clarification
If a product appears restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, unclear, or outside our service scope, we may ask follow-up questions or decline the request before research begins.

We review product category, images, links, intended use, brand status, and submitted requirements.
Clarification if needed
We may ask for more information about material, use, brand authorization, certification, shipping, or compliance risk.
Accept, pause, or decline
We proceed only when the request is suitable for our China price research service.
Compliance remains the buyer’s responsibility
Our service provides price research, supplier context, and optional sourcing support where suitable. We do not provide legal, tax, customs, import, product safety, or certification advice.

Common questions about restricted products
Do you accept all product categories?
No. We only accept product requests that are suitable for legitimate China price research. Some categories are not supported, and some require manual review.
Can you research branded products?
Only if the request is legitimate and does not involve counterfeit, unauthorized, or misleading brand use. We may ask for proof of authorization or decline the request.
Can you research medical, battery, food, or children’s products?
These categories may involve strict safety, shipping, certification, or import requirements. We may decline them or require manual review before accepting.
What happens if I already paid but the product is restricted?
If we determine the product is not suitable and research has not begun, we may cancel, refund, or guide you to submit another suitable product request according to the situation.
