Refund Policy
Check China Price provides digital research services. Our service fee covers manual China-side price research, supplier reference review, inquiry work where applicable, and report preparation. No physical product is shipped.
Research starts only after payment and scope confirmation.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Research has not started yet.
- Your request is restricted, unsuitable, unclear, or outside the service scope, and you do not want to upgrade or switch to another suitable product request.
- We determine that we cannot reasonably support the request before research begins.
Partial or no refund
Once research work has started, the service fee is generally non-refundable because manual research time, supplier screening, inquiry work, and report preparation may already be in progress.
Once a report has been delivered, the service fee is generally non-refundable.
Plan upgrade or product switch
If your request requires a higher research level than the plan purchased, we may contact you before research begins. You may:
- Upgrade to the recommended plan,
- Switch to another suitable product request, or
- Request a refund if research has not started.
What our service does not guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- The lowest possible factory price,
- A final supplier quotation,
- Supplier acceptance of your order,
- Supplier performance,
- Customs clearance,
- Logistics cost,
- Compliance approval,
- Product certification,
- Final transaction result.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, please contact us with your order number, checkout email, and product request details.
Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
